Associate Lawyer
AvdE lawyers is fully specialized in employment law. Our lawyers work for (inter)national companies, works councils and individual employees (directors and senior management). We deal with all aspects of employment law such as reorganizations, employee participation, Due Diligence, dismissals, assignment and employment contracts, labor disputes and so on. We are often an extension of HR departments in day-to-day employment law issues.

Your profile
- At least 4 years of experience in the legal profession;
- A completed Professional Legal Education;
- You advise and litigate for clients;
- You are a strategic sparring partner for entrepreneurs;
- You contribute to the continued growth of the practice;
- Strong analytical skills and shifts gears quickly;
- A proactive, solution-oriented and commercial mindset;
- excellent communication skills;
- Sense of humor and team spirit.
